THE SPACE!
6,500 sq. feet of living space on 3 levels!
Large tables and ample seating for all your activities. Main Floor features a fire place in the living room which opens into a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with all of your cooking needs - all you need to bring is the food! There is a gas grill on the back patio & fire pit in the yard (some firewood will be provided with the option to purchase more). Multiple outdoor and indoor seating areas provide privacy for those who want it and plenty of space for groups to gather.
Enjoy floating in the 25’ x 50’ ft. In-ground pool complete with its own pavilion and outdoor bathroom. Open Memorial Day through September. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 12’ at the deep end and 4’-5’ at the shallow end. Additional cost to heat the pool is $750 for the week. (pool heat is only available for week long stays.)

Guest access
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell.
Other things to note:
We do require a list of names and ages of all guests.
We do not allow weddings/receptions to be held at Paradise.
The property manager lives on the same private drive and will complete daily maintenance as needed. He will also be available for any needs you have to make your stay comfortable.
Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, and more.
We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, pickleball court, and volleyball court (all equipment is provided!)
House Rules
- Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM.
- We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in
- Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking anywhere on the premise
- No pets allowed
- No additional or unregistered guests allowed.
- No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
- Please keep the garage door closed at all times.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house.
- Please keep doors locked when you are not home
- Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside
- Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process.
-Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. Repairs due to damages are $50/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file.
- We have a locked owner's closet in the home. This room is not for guest purposes and should be respected as the owner's personal space.
-No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).
Care for the Premises with all due care, leave it undamaged, clean, and keep conditions safe throughout your stay.

Summary: Our extended family of 16 adults stayed for a reunion weekend in October. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, well-appointed home. We took advantage of the hot tub, tennis court and the large firepit for roasting marshmallows as well as walking the mowed paths they have created on the property. When we had a small issue arise upon arrival, the property manager immediately responded and took care of it. We had several family members flying in/out of both Cleveland and Pittsburgh airports, so convenient for out of towners too! A wonderful place to stay should you find yourself in that lovely area of Ohio. Many Thanks!

Summary: Paradise Manor was a perfect spot for our annual family vacation! Grandparents, parents and children all enjoyed this beautiful vacation rental. Summary: This property was exactly as pictured and felt even larger in person. So many different gathering areas both inside and out. The pool, tennis court, badminton, basketball hoop, swings, jungle gym, kiddie rides and bouncy house and slide provided a great variety for kids and adults. The house is tastefully furnished, bedding very comfortable, kitchen so well equipped, there was nothing we needed that wasnt provided. The property manager, JT was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. The owner, Nathan was also great in responding to all communications. One of the best properties in which we have spent our family vacations. You will not be disappointed in this property.

Summary: Paradise Manor is a spacious home allowing for quality time together in a variety of spaces, but also is big enough to allow for places to decompress! The bedrooms are spacious, the well equipped kitchen was a good size for making meals for our group of 20. The grounds are massive and allow for playing and exploring. The pool is very large and there is a wonderful gazebo which allows for getting out of the sun. The addition of the fence around the pool was a nice surprise. We went out in to the community and enjoyed much of Geauga County. There was not time to do it all! The property manager was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed!

Summary: We rented the Cheerful Family Manor for my daughter’s Cleveland wedding at the last-minute. This rental DID NOT disappoint! There was more than enough room for 13 family members to have their own bedroom (with bathroom), space to spread out, and a beautiful outdoor space (with walking trails) to enjoy. We were very fortunate to have beautiful weather, enabling us to lounge in the large heated pool and jacuzzi. Whenever we had a question, the house manager was only a phone call away to answer our questions (which included locating a forgotten pair of hiking shoes and sending them to us (at no charge!)) Everyone who stayed at the home thanked me profusely for renting this home. In fact we discussed renting the home again for a future family reunion (once my daughter and nieces begin having children). I highly recommend renting this home when searching for a large, accommodating space in the greater Cleveland area.
